In the current economic climate it is imperative that both Employers and Employees are fully appraised of their rights and responsibilities respectively. Our solicitors can advise employees on a multitude of legal matters including their minimum statutory legal rights, employment contract issues, bullying at the workplace, sexual harassment or discrimination in one of its many forms.

Of late, we have witnessed much discussion on redundancy or impending redundancies and employees fears may be somewhat alleviated once they are aware that there is legislation in place to protect their interests in the event of being made redundant.
